November is a busy month around Lake Oswego, offering plenty of ways to get involved in the community. From seasonal markets to family activities and holiday celebrations, here are a few local events to check out this month:
Holiday Marketplace: The Arts Council opens its Holiday Marketplace on November 11th, featuring local artisans and running through December 24th at Artspace Gallery.
Veterans Day Celebration: A celebration is held at the Veterans Memorial in Foothills Park to honor U.S. military veterans and First Responders on Thursday, November 11th, at 11 a.m..
Third Thursday: The Chamber of Commerce event includes special offerings at various galleries and shops. On November 20th, the Ingrid Dohm Studio will feature art by Ha Austin.
Fall Harvest Market: City of Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation hosts this market at Millennium Plaza Park on Saturday, November 22nd, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tree Lighting Festival: The 61st Annual Tree Lighting Festival takes place at Millennium Plaza Park on Friday, November 28th, featuring a marketplace, Santa, and caroling.
